First time homebuyers: Any good real estate agent who has been in the business for a while will tell you that they get most of their business from referrals. That's what they hope for, anyway. I actually do, thank goodness, since I can't be in the office long enough to create brochures and advertising beyond this website. My clients refer people to me, the lenders, inspectors and title officers I work with refer their clients and even their family members to me. I have methods for helping you focus on your decision-making task so that you know you made the best decision, and can refer you to some of the best people in the business for services before and after the purchase of your new home. Then, I'll stay your advocate for several years, making sure you get your homestead exemption filed on time, sending you a market analysis to compare against your tax appraisal every year, and of course, helping your friends and family realize their dream of owning their own home.
Seasoned buyers and investors: Technology, research, and attention to market changes and news are my full-time job, not yours. I bring you the data you need to make informed decisions, make sure you are covering all the bases, alert you to real estate that fits your investment needs, and provide referrals to other professionals you need to inspect, insure, finance, and manage your properties.
I am not a "team", I am one really good agent with a really good assistant. You will always talk to me about most all things real estate-related, and my assistant backs me up with marketing design, research assistance, photography, scheduling, forms, and transaction management, or "contract-to-close".
